These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BillNeat website and invoice generation service (the "Service") operated by TFPI Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a BillNeat ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BillNeat provides a client-side invoice generation tool that allows users to create and download invoices in PDF format. The Service processes all data locally in your web browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to invoice data you enter into the tool.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
The free tier of BillNeat does not require an account. The Pro tier requires payment via our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing to Pro, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of TFPI Enterprises, LLC. You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including generated invoices.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TFPI ENTERPRISES, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TFPI Enterprises, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
BillNeat is an invoice generation tool only. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your invoices comply with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and requirements in your jurisdiction. We make no representations regarding the legal sufficiency of any invoice generated using the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
